You are unique! The way your body, mind and emotions respond to stress, and life are extremely different person to person. Our inner experience of life is our life. Yet, we often mistake our life as the material we possess, the body we live in, the emotions we feel and experience, and the thoughts we generate and associate in our mind.
At some level, this is part of who we are, but if we believe this is who we truly are, then our lives will be one big roller coaster. Learning how to slow down this roller coaster in order to step off, and get the many systems of your body quiet and calm are essential for you to get present and real.
This 90-day total body, mind, spirit immersion begins with an objective look at who you are, what you are, where you are and how you are. These are very big and deeply profound questions to comprehend, but without starting here, there will be no clear direction or destination.
Super Natural is for anyone who has the urge to get to know themselves beyond the physical, emotional and mental content of their mind. Someone who truly wants to know themselves, and is ready for a major life transformation.
Learning how to ground, heal and awaken the body through self awareness is the only way out of the mayhem of everyday life. Understanding how your mind functions, and how to take hold of the reins of the mind is essential in the development of a skilful intellect so as to become intrinsically conscious of the intelligence that flows through our consciousness—that which gives life, sustains life and transforms life.
This is not an enlightenment program or a get fit, and healthy regime. This is a practical, spiritual development journey for you to understand who you are, and how you function in a world that is becoming even more polarised, which is creating the disconnection we see and feel in the world. This disconnect and restlessness is actually needed for humanity to start a new revolution—to dream up a new way of being, a new myth, to upgrade our current outdated myth, which is crumbling and causing huge unrest, suppression and depression.

Program Outline
Month One
Your first month we establish a yoga practice with individualised instruction, and assistance. This is essential for you to develop greater self awareness, and understanding of your body, and how it functions optimally. You will also learn and develop refined breath control, and how to breathe with ease and grace. This is the golden key to every physiological and psychological function. Within each session, we will dive deep into holistic health. These foundational principles must be understood, and in place for your body and mind to function well. Like your yoga practice, the holistic principles will be tailored to suit your specific constitution, age, gender and dream, goal or objective.

Month Two
With your foundation firmly in place—Yoga, Breathing and Lifestyle—we will now begin to drop into the meditation practice. We will look at how Yoga views the mind, and how your mind functions. This component is essential to understand. Once you know how your mind functions, only then can we really understand meditation. Until then, we are aimlessly lost in the dark night of the Soul. Having a legitimate, spiritual practice will give you access to a real understanding of who you are. From there, you begin to detect a deeper sense of meaning, and purpose to create a personal philosophy that is grounded in reality. When you truly know yourself, you stop having to run around trying to prove yourself! That is a very freeing and fulfilling way to live your life.

Month Three
With a new level of awareness and a deeper sense of trust in yourself, we can now drop deeper into the subtle body. When consciousness is fluctuating within our body, and mind, we tend to identify with this flux. We keep hesitating and doubting, or we get impatient and impulsive. Meditation is the practice of stilling the flux of consciousness. Once we still the flux of consciousness, consciousness then becomes aware of itself. This is what we call Yoga or Union. Love is consciousness becoming aware of itself. Here is where the truth is revealed. Learning contemplative meditation is how we direct our consciousness toward that which our heart and soul is yearning for. Learning how to actively or passively contemplate is how we take hold of the reins of our mind. I truly believe all human beings should learn how to coordinate the functions and faculty of their body and mind.
